Right of withdrawal:

If you are a natural person purchasing goods or services outside of trade, business or profession, you are considered a consumer. As such, according to Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract you are about to enter within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract (i.e. from the confirmation of your order). This right normally allows you to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs until the expiration of the 14 days. If you withdraw from the contract within this period, the seller must reimburse you all payments received, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when you exercise your right. In exchange, you must refrain from using the digital content which you bought and refrain from making it available to third parties.

However, by entering into this contract with FTTH Council Europe for the purchase of digital content, you are required to give prior and express consent to begin execution of the contract during the period of withdrawal, and thereby waive your right of withdrawal, according to article 16(m) of the Directive 2001/83/EU and article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. You acknowledge that by giving this prior and express consent, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the contract has been executed. You will obtain written confirmation of the contract that you are entering into per email, including the confirmation of your prior and express consent to begin execution, as well as the confirmation that you have acknowledged waiving your right of withdrawal”.
